Dereservation in Vyas case totally illegal, HC
The division bench of Bombay High Court has ruled that the dereservation of the Pune plot on which the then Maharashtra's Chief Minister Manohar Joshi's son-in-law Girish Vyas went on to build a multi-storeyed commercial complex was "totally illegal,''.

HC stays trial in CTV case
Further trial in the colour TV case, pending before the Special Court-II, shall proceed only after supply of copies of all documents in Tamil to the accused, the Madras High Court has held.

Prasar Bharati board to complain against Mahajan
The nominated members of the Prasar Bharati board will be meeting Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee on Saturday to protest against the "persistent interference" in the working of Doordarshan and All India Radio (AIR) by Information and Broadcasting Minister Pramod Mahajan.
