Libya to hand over Lockerbie suspects in April
Libya has said it will hand over the two suspects in the 1988 bombing of an American airplane over Lockerbie, Scotland, to the United Nations by April 6. The Libyan decision was announced by South African President Nelson Mandela, who is currently in Libya.
