Roopali sign off with win

PUNE, MARCH 26: Roopali Sports Club are comfortably placed at the top of Group B after they signed off their league engagements, with a solitary goal win over Youngsters, while Pune City Police were held 2-2 by Kireekans in the I-Division PDFA league matches at the Ammunition Factory ground, today.

Kirkeeans stunned Pune City Police by gaining an early lead in the 15th minute when Charles Fernandes netted in. Police found the equaliser through Milind Kadam . Returning from lemon time, Police took lead with Rohidas Waghire. However, they conceded their second goal with Charles Fernandes completing his brace. Pune City Police now have gathered 14 points with one more outing yet to go, while Kirkeeans have a total of 10 points after completing all assignments. Ranhgehill Young Boys were awarded three points after rivals St Joseph's Youth Club (JYC) did not enter the ground. Rangehills now have 14 points from nine matches.
