Ninety taken ill due to food poisoning

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE  
NEW DELHI, March 28: Ninety people were taken ill after they ate samosas at a shop in Sector 22, Faridabad, last night. The victims complained of high fever, dilated pupils and halluciantions, and were admitted to the BK Hospital in Faridabad and Escorts Institute in Delhi. All the patients except one were discharged by this afternoon. The poison is believed to be dhatura.

Five persons, including the owner of the shop - Lovely Sweets - have been arrested. A case has been registered under Section 328 of the Indian Penal Code and the shop has been sealed.
