NATO targets ground forces
The Balkan conflict snowballed on Sunday as NATO bombers and missiles began targeting Serbian ground forces in response to the downing of a US F-117 Stealth bomber.

Kremlin hints at Yeltsin-Milosevic meet
A top Kremlin official has said Russia may renew arms supply to Yugoslavia, if NATO doesn't stop sustained bombings against Yugoslavia amid reports that a Yeltsin-Milosevic could be in the offing.
