Training for jobless
Reliance Industries Limited has started a tailoring training programme for educated unemployed. The programme, launched in Mora village of Hazira, was inaugurated by Jugesh Kohli, chairperson, Reliance Ladies' Club on Monday.

Seminar held
The Surat Management Association organised recently a seminar on `Contract Management Practices and the Implication of Supreme Court Pronouncements'. The seminar was addressed by Deputy General Manager (P&A) Kakarpar Atomic Power Corporation and deputy labour commissioner (Ahmedabad) A K Basin. Delegates from Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Surat and Navsari attended the seminar.

Derecognised
District Education Officer, in a statement issued on Monday, said the Little Heart Nursery, located at Ronald Apartment, Jamunanagar, Ghoddod, was not recognised. The DEO has warned parents against admitting their children in the school.
