Sonia in no hurry, sets conditions
The Congress today sought to set its own terms for the formation of an alternative government as the opposition camp geared up for the fall of the Vajpayee Government.

Sacked navy chief Admiral Vishnu Bhagwat tonight said he would be "very happy to face court martial'' if the defence ministry produced evidence to back the charges made against him.

The BJP has expressed its readiness to face the worst by daring AIADMK president J Jayalalitha to withdraw support to the Vajpayee Government as it was difficult now for the party to take the AIADMK along anymore.
