People must be made aware of BJP misdeeds

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
VADODARA, April 11: State Congress president C D Patel has appealed to party workers to expose through taluka levels rallies the ``misdeeds'' of the BJP Government in the State and the Centre, particularly as the people were beginning to get ``disillusioned'' with the BJP.

Patel, who inaugurated a office of the district unit of the Congress near the Old Pavagadh bus stand, told a gathering of senior party workers from Kheda, Panchmahals, Vadodara and Dahod districts that people saw the Congress as the true national party after the BJP displayed its communal face in wake of attacks on Christians and Dalits.

To enable the State Congress headquarters stay in constant touch with the district units, arrangements were being made to equip the latter with fax machines and computers.

He asked party workers to activate awareness programmes at all taluka levels and ensure that the information about the ``corrupt rule'' of the BJP reached every corner of the State.
