Three held for robbery

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE  
NEW DELHI, April 14: The Paschim Vihar police claim to have arrested three robbers in Peera Garhi on Tuesday. They have been identified as Om Prakash, Jai Narayan and Anand, all residents of Sultanpuri and 20-21 years of age.

According to the police, Ballabgarh resident Dharam Pal (35) came with to Anand Parbat with Harpal to meet a relative. From here they boarded a bus to Peera Garhi. When they were getting off, four youths allegedly tried to stop them. One of them reportedly caught Dharam Pal's hand, while another took his wallet containing Rs 1,000.

While Dharam Pal and Harpal managed to catch hold of Om Prakash, the other two were nabbed by Police Control Room staff. Their accomplice Mahesh managed to escape. The wallet and money were recovered.
