CHANDIGARH, April 14: The UT police has ordered the transfer of an inspector Ram Gopal from sports unit to police control room. This follows the decision to have PCR on eight-hour shift while earlier they were reported to be working for 12 hours a day, official sources said.
Car catches fire Gaurav Gulati, a Sector 19 resident, reported to the police that his car caught fire while it was parked outside his residence. The cause of fire is not known.
