PANCHKULA, April 15: A woman belonging to Kurdpur was killed on the spot and four others were injured when a truck collided with a tractor near Mauli here. The deceased has been identified as the wife of Dalbir Singh. The truck driver, identified by the police as Meharban, a resident of Garhwal, has been booked for rash and negligent driving, and causing death by negligence.
