City newsletter adjudged best

VADODARA, April 27: ``Image'', the newsletter of Vadodara chapter of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), was adjudged the best news bulletin at the 21st All India Conference of the PRSI held recently in Chandigarh.The newsletter is edited and published by Malti Gaekwad. Around 200 delegates from all over the country attended the conference.
