CHENNAI, May 4: Big builders and contractors have been urged by the Tamil Nadu Minister for Highways, T Kiruttinan to take advantage of Government initiatives to invite private investments for its port projects. He informed that the Government was planning a modern port facility at Colachel, a natural harbour at a cost of Rs 1,000 crore. The project is backed by the Malaysian Government.
