Sanskrit works released

VADODARA, May 6: Essays on Sankrit Poetics'' and ``Sanskrit Rupako: Gujaratnu pradan'' were released at a programme organised recently to mark the 60th birthday of Professor Rajendra Nanavati of the Oriental Institute, M S University.

The books, written by Nanavati, were released by Professor K Shastri. Vice Chancellor Dr Anil Kane was also present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Kane said in today's life it had become a necessity for scholars to know all facets of life. He added that nobody could harm the interests of the nation while such people were in power.
