Yoginder Negi (34), Pankaj Tyagi (25) and Kshitj (69: 7x4, 1x6, 81b) helped Young Friends reach 207 for nine. Sanghvi was the most successful bowler while medium pacer Amit Bhandari took two wickets.

ONGC lost three wickets for 43 in 10 overs before Rizwan and Gautam Vadhera staged a partial recovery. They lost Sehwag and Amit Sharma cheaply but Rizwan and Mohd Saif carried them past the target. Rizwan was declared the man of the match. Earlier, Young Friends, despite Kshitj;s 69, failed to put up a challenging total and folded to the guile of Sanghvi. ONGC will now meet Collage on Saturday.
