According to information received here, the final, which was all Chandigarh affair, Chatvinder Singh, who recently represented India in the ITF World Junior meet held at Indonesia, outplayed Amanjot Singh 6-2, 4-6, 6-1, to take home the title.

However, fourth seed Tushar Liberhan failed to lift another title for Chandigarh, when he lost to second seed Wrik Ganguly of Delhi 7-5, 7-6, (9-7), in the under-14 boys group.

The under-14 and under-16 girls titles went to Sania Mirza (Andhra Pradesh) and Ankita Bhambari of Delhi, respectively.
