1 caught while stealing cycle
A kajheri resident, Resham Singh, was reportedly caught red-handed while he was allegedly stealing a cycle belonging to Sant Ram from the Sector 42 market.

3 held for theft
The city police arrested three boys belonging to Maloya Colony for allegedly stealing a two-wheeler. The stolen Sunny (CH-01-J-4775) was also recovered from them. The vehicle was reportedly stolen from the Maloya Colony.

1 hit by bus
A pedestrian, Kaka Singh, belonging to Ropar district, was reportedly hit by a Chandigarh Transport Undertaking bus (CH-01-G-5526) while he was crossing the road separating Sectors 22 and 17. The bus sped away after the incident. The police have registered a case.
