Don't hoard information, deploy it
Ever since the engagement in Kargil began, there has been sporadic talk of the need for India to beef up its information warfare capabilities.

Public outrage, instant amnesia
Public amnesia. We're not talking about loss of memory, we're not talking about forgetfulness, we're talking about the kind of numbness effected in people due to repetitive desensitisation through continuous exposure to sensationalised news.
