BPCL gets ISRS safety rating

ENS ECONOMIC BUREAU  
MUMBAI, JUNE 22: Bharat Petroleum Refinery, Mumbai, has been awarded level 7 under the International Safety Rating System (ISRS) - the highest ever rating for the safety management system achieved by any refinery or industrial site in India.

The ISRS is the world's leading system for management of safety and loss control, which rates the safety management systems (SMS) of companies on scale level 0 to level 10. Over 7000 sites worldwide including 25 per cent fortune 500 companies have developed SMS as per ISRS.
