BJP's knee-jerk move in Haryana irks INLD president Chautala
Taken for a ride by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has decided to have a seat-sharing arrangement for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections in Haryana on its own terms.

Govt still not keen on RS session
The Congress has stepped up pressure on the Vajpayee Government for the summoning of a special session of the Rajya Sabha to discuss the Kargil situation, saying that a debate will not affect the morale of the soldiers.

Haryana House prorogued
Haryana Governor Mahabir Prasad yesterday prorogued the state assembly which had adjourned sine die on Friday night after a special session in which Chief Minister Bansi Lal had won the vote of confidence.
