Sector 16 resident booked on complaint of Pinnacle Group

SAS NAGAR, July 16: A case has been registered against H.S. Bhatti of Sector 16, Chandigarh, for interfering in the business of Pinnacle Group in the Phase I police station of the township, under Sections 506 and 420 of Indian Penal Code.

The case has been registered on the complaint made by Pinnacle Business Associates of Phase VI, Industrial Area, that Bhatti had failed to repair certain parts of the building as promised in the rent deed.
