Awards will be granted in the following categories - large scale manufacturer exporters, small scale manufacturer exporters, merchant exporters, recognised export houses, regional awards in respect of SSI Units.

In order to encourage exporters from regions in SSI sectors, one award and certificate for export recognition in Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Konkan, Nashik and Amravati regions also has been declared. Applications forms will be available at the Office of the Joint Director of Industries, Agricultural College Compound, Shivajinagar, or Office of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Agricultural College Compound, Shivajinagar. The forms may be sent to either offices on or before August 31, 1999.
