Kore to contest as independent

Kolhapur, July 26: Vinay Kore of the Warna industrial group has decided to contest the state Assembly elections from Panhala-Bawada constituency as an independent supported by the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).

Kore was in Mumbai for the last few days to discuss the issue of his candidature with the NCP leader Sharad Pawar.
