Man gets lifer for murdering employee

AHMEDABAD, Aug 10: Additional city sessions judge B N Jani has sentenced Praful Mani Jain to life imprisonment for killing his employee by setting him on fire. Jain has been directed to pay a fine of Rs 500 or undergo imprisonment for additional one month.Ramesh G Vanjhara and his wife Vimlaben were employees in Jain's factory Mahavir Industries. On March 29, 1994, Vanjhara found his employer Jain in a compromising position with his wife at his residence. Jain, on being caught red-handed, poured kerosene over Vanjhara and set him on fire.
