Surabhi India Ltd's CA held, released on bail

PANCHKULA, AUG 23: The Panchkula police, on Sunday night, arrested Prem Garg, the Chartered Accountant of Surabhi India Ltd, who was produced in the Court of Judicial Magistrate (class one) S. K.Garg today. He was, however, released on bail.It may be mentioned here that the company is involved in defrauding its investors of around Rs 90 crore and many cases have been registered against the six directors of the company, Surabhi India Ltd, who are still absconding.
