Talking to Express Newsline, Jena said, ``The division has not sent any proposal to the Board to include Surat in Vadodara division.'' He said that Surat was under the Western railway headquarters, and there was no possibility of including it under this division. The Vadodara division's jurisdiction would remain till Surat, he said.

``A lot of procedures are involved in bringing a station under a particular division'', said a divisional officer.
