Speaking to presspersons here at the residence of party leader Madhuri Aware on Monday, the NCP leader alleged that the security is being withdrawn at the instance of Shiv Sena leaders.

On being first informed about the withdrawal during his visit to Amravati on Sunday, he contacted the Director General of Police on phone and refused to relieve the security personnel who accompanied him at his residence in Mumbai.
