He said rallies and public meetings will only be held after prior permission from the HUDA Estate Officer, Secretary Municipal Committee, Kalka or Pinjore, and the Block Development Officer or the Panchayat Officer of Barwala, Raipur Rani and Morni, after depositing the required fee.

Gandhi Chowk (Kalka), Pinjore Chona Chowk, Barwala Sabzi Mandi, Bator Chowk and New Grain Market can be used for pasting posters for campaigning.
