CHANDIGARH: Haryana-based militants of the Khalistan Commando Force (KCF-Panjwar) have offered themselves as human bombs to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) to eliminate Premier Atal Behari Vajpayee, Home Minister L K Advani and Congress president Sonia Gandhi during poll campaign in the state, police said on Thursday.
