UPCC lodges FIR in rape, sodomy incidents

LUCKNOW, AUG 26: An FIR has been lodged by the UPCC in the recent alleged incidents of rape and sodomy in its premises here against unnamed persons following media disclosure. The UPCC president Salman Khurshid has directed State vice-president R S Judeo to conduct an inquiry into the incidents and report at the earliest.While Judeo claimed an FIR had been lodged, the police maintained that it was an application for an inquiry based on newspaper reports on the incidents.
