The PU Non-Teaching Employees Federation has condemned the attitude of the universities authorities towards the demands of the employees.
Association chief Dharam Paul Sharma said in a press statement: "It has been proven beyond doubt that the present university regime has been trying to put all these demands in the dust bins ..."
Some of their demands are payment of fixed medical allowance - which the association claims is being given to all other universities, boards and corporations, increment for improvement of qualifications, grant of time-bound promotion, proper filling of vacant positions and creation of more posts.
