BSE admits error, drops 10 from A group
The governing board of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday decided to drop ten illiquid scrips from the new list of A group of shares, virtually admitting that it has erred in selecting the right scrips for the A group.

Sensex touches new all-time high of 4896
The uptrend continued on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) yesterday with bulls lifting the Sensex to a new all-time intra-day high of 4896.09.

TRAI may reduce cellphone rentals
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is finalising a package to reduce the rentals for cellphones and the airtime charges for cell calls.
