Discussion on solar eclipse

UNITED NEWS OF INDIA  
MUMBAI, AUGUST 27: Mumbai-based astronomers who have visited several parts of the world to witness the millennium's last solar eclipse on August 11 will meet at the Bombay Natural History Society on Saturday to discuss the results of their observations.

Senior scientist at the Nehru Centre, Dr Bharat Adur, who along with Aadil Desai of the Amateur Astronomers Association (Bombay) had visited Iran to witness the solar eclipse, will also be attending the meet on the eclipse.Several groups from Mumbai who visited different parts of Gujarat, Maharashtra and even ventured as far as Iran, France, Germany and Turkey to observe the total solar eclipse, will share their experiences and observations in the meet, Dr Adur said today.
