The scoring was shared by four players Soumitra Mohanty, S Shiv Shankar, D Dey and Samarjeet Singh. HV Desai College scored a consolation through Moses Satralkar.

Abhasaheb Garware College scored a runaway 7-0 win over AJC, Advaj Joshji leading the scoring with three goals. Tamnay Vinay Sawant with two and Ajit Vasane and Sagar Mysorekar completed the rout.

Kamthe Girish, Mangesh Dudhate and Ajit Gokhale scored one apiece to spur College of Engineering Technology (COET) to a 3-1 win over Poona College who replied just once through Lunghy Ehingkhu.
