St Stephens kids visit Baddi

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
CHANDIGARH, Sept 3: As part of educational trips, the students of St Stephens are visiting the Coca-Cola plant in Baddi, about 35 km from Chandigarh. The event has been organised by Anoop Michra, an event manager of the city, under the banner of "Futurama".

The trip, which has been organised for all the students from Class I onwards, is a seven-day event and according to Anoop, some 2,300 kids would be visiting the plant.

Besides, the educational side of the trip and picnic lunch on way, there are perks for the kids: unlimited coke and unlimited candy floss. The event manager has roped in a local candy floss manufacturer for the purpose.

The students are divided into two groups at the plant. While one group will visit the plant, the other will be kept busy in outdoor games, like tug-of-war, musical chairs, treasure hunt and sack-race.
