GMSSS-23 tops song contest

CHANDIGARH, Sept 2: Inter-school group song competition for girls at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 10, concluded today. According to Joginder Sandhu, principal of GMSSS-40, as many as 22 teams participated in the model and ordinary category of the schools and four teams participated in the rural category.The results of the competition are as follows: Model and Ordinary category: Government Senior Secondary School, Sector 23, and Government High School, Sector 24, won the first prize; Govt Girls Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 18, and GMSSS, Sector 37, second, GMSSS, Sector 46, and GMSSS, Sector 16, bagged third place.
