PUNE, Sept 4: The Deccan Gymkhana police on Thursday filed a cognizable case against six leaders of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) including the party's official candidate in Shivajinagar Assembly constituency Ankush Kakade after the party workers took out a rally in Deccan Gymkhana area without obtaining prior permission.
