Rly police makes no progress

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
VADODARA, Sept 16: The railway police is yet to arrest the accused in Wednesday's stabbing of a railway employee near the Alkapuri railway underbridge.

Thirty-year-old Dinesh Trivedi, a reservation clerk, was stabbed, reportedly by an employee of a travel agency. Police sources said that though Dinesh was stabbed near the underbridge, he managed to walk upto the parking lot outside the railway station, where he was spotted by a colleague and rushed to the SSG Hospital. The railway police said that initial investigations revealed that an old enmity could have been the reason behind the attack, but since Trivedi was unconscious, the police was yet to ascertain the facts.
