Yates hereYates in The awesome Dorian Yates, who won six Mr Olympia titles between 1992-97, is here in the city. The Englishman, who established the Dorian Yates Charitable Gym for Social Welfare in Rewari two years back, has so far raised around Rs four lakhs organising charity, sports and cultural events.
His philantrophic works won him awards from the Red Cross Society, Rotary International and Haryana State Council for Child Welfare. Yates is here on the invitation of Madhukar Talwalkar to launch another gym for the needy in the country and also take part ina charity show in Rewari for the Red Cross Society.
Vaswani, Neha top seeded
Kunal Vaswani (KC Law) and Neha Ganguli (HR Commerce) have been given the pride of place in the men's and women's sections, respectively, of the Inter Collegiate badminton tournament, scheduled to begin at the University Pavilion from September 19. The team championships for men and women have been postponed to October 18.

Varsity football selection trials
The selection trials to pick the University team for the Inter-University football tournament to be held in Goa in October, will be held on September 22 at 3.00 p.m. at the University Stadium, Marine Lines.
