Y2K compliance to cost Rs 2,500 cr
NEW DELHI, SEPT 20: India's expenditure on rectifying the millennium bug will touch a whopping Rs 2,500 crore by the year-end with the country already having spent nearly Rs 2000 crore to fix the computer menace.``The Government and industry have spent Rs 1,000 cr each in making systems Y2K 2000 compatible.
