HYDERABAD, OCT 25: Lok Sabha Speaker GMC Balayogi said on Sunday that the Lok Sabha should have a full five-year term as frequent elections hamper the development process. He, however, added it was for the Centre to consider bringing in legislation to ensure that the House was not dissolved prematurely.
``It is the Centre which has to take the initiative to bring in any legislation to ensure a fixed term for the Lok Sabha,'' he said.
