Air Marshal Vinod Kumar Bhatia, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Central Air Command (Allahabad), will take over as Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of South Western Air Command (SWAC) here on Monday. Bhatia replaces Air Marshal S Krishnaswamy who has been shifted to New Delhi as Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Western Air Command, sources in the SWAC said on Sunday.One killed
