According to police, constable Dinesh Solanki, posted in the city police control room, was going to Makodi village from Vadodara along with his brother Suresh Solanki on a scooter. When they reached Bhidol village, Dinesh lost control over the scooter and it dashed into a roadside tree.

In another mishap in Waghodia taluks, one Bharat Vasava was knocked down by a truck when he was trying to cross the highway. The truck sped away from the spot. In the third incident, one Jatendra of Kargan taluka was killed when he fell off a moving truck near Karjan.
