Kolhapur, Nov 1: A state-level conference of special children, their parents and siblings will be held here on January 23. The meeting will be hosted by Pune-based Maharashtra Manasik Apang Viklang Sanstha. `Swayamsphurti'is local organisation devoted for the cause of solving problems of special children. The organisation is led by Sulakshmi Patil.
