Prabal Das Gupta, a Delhi- based photographer, told him to do a campaign for Nevia and thus it was his first campingn, which he refused initially, but afterwards when he heard the amount, "Mene Forn Han Kar Di." "I never knew that some day I would do a music video or an advertisement campaign."

He started his career about three years back and till date has done about 100 advertisements Casablanca, Godrej, Modern Dairy, Wills and so on. Then he tried his luck in music videos and his first video was "Long Gawacha"..". Chand"..".Yaro Sab Dua Karo"..." Gur Nalo Isqu Mitha".

On the early days, he says, "When you start, there is no guidance and I am glad that I got a chance to work with Mahesh Bhatt in my career. He called me for a screen test and selected me for Dhusman."

In Danger, he is playing the lead role opposite Tara Deshpande and its a thriller and without a song. He said the mindset od the people needs to be changed as they think moovies without a song are art movies. Jas said such a mindset of the people is simply faulty.

Jas added: "I have two more movies with me -- Jane Jana.. And other untitled in which the girl opposite to me is Mayuri Kango. I do not do more shows, as for two reasons firstly the problem of dates and the pressure of modelling assignments."

The upcoming actor says he dreams of a hit in Bollywood to switch over to the silver screen and would continue to do modelling and music videos.
