Liquor seized
The police arrested a Dadumajra Colony resident Indro while she was allegedly carrying 85 pouches of liquor. A case under the Excise Act has been registered.

In-laws booked
A Manimajra resident reported to the police that she was harassed by her husband and her in-laws for dowry who are residing in Sangrur. The police have registered a case and begun investigations.

Man stabbed
Mauli Jagran resident Jag Parvesh today alleged that a resident of the same colony, Rajinder Kumar and a few other persons attacked him with a knife. He sustained minor injuries. The police have registered a case.
