PUNE, Nov 3: The owner of a lottery centre at New Modikhana in Pune Cantonment was today arrested by the vigilance branch sleuths along with two others on the charges of accepting gambling bets on numbers of prize winning daily lottery tickets.
Among those arrested were Shahabaz Rehman Shaikh (22) of Bhavani Peth, Subhash Gangaprasad Gautam (26) of Harkanagar slums in Bhavani Peth and Ahmed Khan Osman Khan (27) of Guru Nanak Nagar.
