DAV-8 lift Rao Jai Singh Memorial title

CHANDIGARH, Nov 3: DAV Senior Secondary School-8 lifted third Rao Jai Singh Memorial basketball tournament which concluded here at the New Public School premises in Sector 18. DAV-8 scored a 71-40 win over Government Model School-33. Third place went to NPS-18 cagers who got a walkover from SD Public School-32.GMS-33 cagers gave tough fight in the first session of the contest but were unable to keep up the tempo in the second half which put paid to their aspirations.
