KGKCL is engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of air and gas compressors together with its spare parts and accessories. The arrangement will provide synergy in their operations, strengthen their product portfolio. With this integration, KGKCL covers the entire range of compressors both in the case of air and gas applications.

As per the licence agreement, KPCL's air compressor business, including factory premises,plant and machinery and other assets have been given on licence to KGKCL.
