UK students learn Bhangra

PATIALA, Nov 4: A team of British students from New College, Telford (United Kingdom), led by Derek Orten, are currently undergoing training in Bhangra and Gidda at the North Zone Cultural Centre. The local Yadavindra Public School and the New College, Telford, have developed an academic cum cultural exchange which has become an annual feature.The YPS has arranged trips of the said group comprising 16 students and teachers to Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Shimla and Agra.
